Nuestra Historia

Villa Auristela was the dream of an indiano—like so many others, he traveled to Mexico at the end of the 19th century with the intention of prospering and eventually returning to his homeland with the fortune he had made in the Americas.

It was at the beginning of the 20th century that he built the villa, naming it after his second wife, Auristela.

In the 1960s, the property began a gradual decline that eventually led to severe deterioration.

In 2000, the villa was rebuilt and entered a second period of splendor, undergoing a profound restoration that preserved its essence while adapting it to the needs and comforts of modern times.

Our Legacy

Since its reconstruction, Villa Auristela has been a gathering place for family and friends, offering comfort and beauty in a truly unique natural setting.

Our legacy is to make available to you a distinctive space where you can enjoy the colonial elegance brought by those indianos, together with the comforts of the 21st century, alongside your family or friends.

Sharing this experience with guests who have traveled from Australia, the U.S.A., Denmark, the United Kingdom, as well as from every corner of Spain, and making them feel part of the story of our home, is our greatest satisfaction.

Book an unforgettable stay and discover the captivating history of Villa Auristela while enjoying a few days of rest and relaxation.

The house is wonderful and has everything you could possibly need. The rooms are decorated with excellent taste, the garden is beautiful, and it is very well located. From the rooms on the front façade, you can enjoy incredible sunsets. Henar and her family are delightful and took wonderful care of us. A perfect stay

A large, luxurious villa with Mediterranean architectural style, featuring arched windows and balconies. The building has multiple levels and a central tower with a dome. Palm trees are situated around the structure, and it is located on a rocky cliff, suggesting a coastal setting.

A few fantastic days in a dream house, well located, with very comfortable rooms and an impeccable, warmly welcoming host. The surroundings are beautiful, with many beaches to visit and wonderful restaurants in the area. The only downside is not having more days to keep enjoying it. Thank you very much for these fantastic holidays

Our stay at Villa Auristela was undoubtedly impeccable. The house is beautiful and spacious, very well located, and has everything you need for a wonderfully pleasant stay. The rooms are large, all with private bathrooms; there are two spacious kitchens, and the terrace features an enormous dining table that comfortably seated all 12 of us. It even has a games room downstairs

Our hosts were fantastic with us. We would undoubtedly return every year to this house; we've left a little piece of our hearts there.
